Home watch for empty houses in Senegal

Is your house in Senegal empty for much of the year? An approved SEETLU technician comes once or twice a month, goes round the house and sends you dated, geolocated photos. You know what is happening at home, even thousands of kilometres away.

An empty house: what can happen

A closed house deteriorates quickly: leaks in the rainy season, a burst pipe, termites, plants taking over the yard, a meter running for no reason, a forced gate or the land being occupied. The later a problem is found, the more the repair costs.

Relying on a neighbour or a relative often ends up weighing on the relationship, and news comes late, without photos. A regular, documented visit gives you facts on a fixed date.

What the technician checks at every visit

Every photo is dated, geolocated and sealed in the SEETLU app. After each visit, you receive a report in your client area and by email.

Price of home watch

15,000 FCFA per month1 visit a month, 25,000 FCFA for 2 visits

Home watch costs 15,000 FCFA a month for one visit and 25,000 FCFA a month for two visits. Travel depends on the zone: nothing to add in Dakar, Thiès and their surroundings, a flat fee per visit on the Petite Côte, a per kilometre rate further out elsewhere. It is shown in your quote, sent the same day.

What home watch is not

The technician observes and reports to you; they do not replace a guard present day and night and do not carry out work on site. If a problem is found, you decide what happens next: call a tradesman, tell a relative or ask us for an extra visit. SEETLU never touches your money.

Frequently asked questions

Should I leave the keys with the technician?

To check the inside, yes, or a relative or a guard lets the technician in. Without access to the inside, the visit covers the outside and the surroundings.

Can I change the number of visits?

Yes, you can go from one to two visits a month, or back, from one month to the next.

What happens if a problem is found?

It appears in the report with its photos, and we let you know at once on WhatsApp. You decide what happens next.

Do you cover my town?
