An empty house: what can happen
A closed house deteriorates quickly: leaks in the rainy season, a burst pipe, termites, plants taking over the yard, a meter running for no reason, a forced gate or the land being occupied. The later a problem is found, the more the repair costs.
Relying on a neighbour or a relative often ends up weighing on the relationship, and news comes late, without photos. A regular, documented visit gives you facts on a fixed date.
What the technician checks at every visit
- Doors, windows, the gate and the wall
- Signs of damp, leaks or a burst pipe
- The roof or roof terrace after rain
- The water and electricity meters, or the Woyofal credit
- The yard, the garden and the surroundings
- Mail or notices found, and the people met
Every photo is dated, geolocated and sealed in the SEETLU app. After each visit, you receive a report in your client area and by email.
Price of home watch
Home watch costs 15,000 FCFA a month for one visit and 25,000 FCFA a month for two visits. Travel depends on the zone: nothing to add in Dakar, Thiès and their surroundings, a flat fee per visit on the Petite Côte, a per kilometre rate further out elsewhere. It is shown in your quote, sent the same day.
What home watch is not
The technician observes and reports to you; they do not replace a guard present day and night and do not carry out work on site. If a problem is found, you decide what happens next: call a tradesman, tell a relative or ask us for an extra visit. SEETLU never touches your money.
