Home watch prices in Dakar

Home watch costs 15,000 FCFA a month for one visit and 25,000 FCFA a month for two visits. In Dakar, Pikine, Guédiawaye, Rufisque, Keur Massar and Diamniadio there is no travel fee: the price shown is the full price. In the other towns of the region, travel is shown in your quote, sent the same day.

You can go from one to two visits a month, or back, from one month to the next: before the rainy season, for example, or when the house is put up for sale.

Who is it for?

• You live abroad and your house in Dakar stays closed until you come back
• You live in Senegal, but far from this house: in Thiès, Saint-Louis or Casamance
• The house is between two tenants, or up for sale
• It is the family house and nobody lives there at the moment

What the technician checks at every visit

• Doors, windows, the gate and the wall
• Signs of damp, leaks or a burst pipe, above all in the rainy season
• The roof or roof terrace, and how the water drains after rain
• Grilles and metalwork, which the sea air rusts near the coast
• The water and electricity meters, or the Woyofal credit
• The yard, built-up sand, the garden and the surroundings
• Mail or notices found, and the people met

The technician photographs everything in the SEETLU app. Every photo carries the date, the time in Dakar and where you live, the GPS position and a fingerprint that reveals any retouching.

What you receive after every visit

The report arrives in your client area and by email, with the photos of the visit. If the technician finds a problem, such as a leak, a broken window or a forced door, we let you know at once on WhatsApp, with the photos. You decide what happens next.

Every report has a « Verify this report » link. You can show it to a buyer, a tenant or your family: they see that it comes from SEETLU and that the photos have not been changed.

Do you already have a guard?

A guard lives on site. The SEETLU technician comes on a fixed date and brings you photos that nobody can retouch. The two work together: the visit shows you, with photos, the real state of the house.

What home watch is not

The technician observes and reports to you; they do not replace a guard present day and night and do not carry out work on site. If a problem is found, you decide what happens next: call a tradesman, tell a relative or ask us for an extra visit. SEETLU never touches your money.
