Example construction site report

Here is a SEETLU report as the client receives it within 24 hours. The site is an example: the Villa Saly avec piscine of the Famille Ndiaye, an example client who lives in Paris. At this visit the technician found two missing stirrups at the foot of a pillar, and the report advises paying the next instalment once it is fixed. Two weeks later, the next visit shows the point fixed.

What every report contains

Every monitoring visit gives a report with the same sections, in your client area and by email:

How to read a sealed photo

The band at the bottom of each photo gives the visit reference, the date and time in Dakar, and the GPS position with its accuracy in metres. In your client area, the same photo also shows the time where you live.

Every photo has a fingerprint: if someone retouches it, the fingerprint no longer matches. The « Vérifier ce rapport » link lets you, your family, your notary or your bank check it. A photo sent on WhatsApp no longer proves anything; a sealed photo does.

The decision stays yours: you pay your builder directly, when you choose. SEETLU observes and proves, and never touches your site's money.

How much this report costs

The report is part of every monitoring package, from 39,000 FCFA a month for one visit a month. For a first assessment, the diagnostic visit costs 39,000 FCFA in Dakar for a house up to 300 m², report included. Your quote arrives the same day.
