For the diaspora: following your build from abroad
You are building from Paris, Milan, Madrid, London, New York, Montreal or Brussels. You send money at every stage and get a few photos back on WhatsApp, often blurry, sometimes old. It is hard to know how far your house has really got.
With SEETLU, an approved technician goes on site and records the real progress. Every photo shows the date and time in Dakar and where you live, so the time difference is no longer a headache. The report arrives in your client area and by email, and you read it in English, French, Italian or Spanish.
Your family is no longer put in an awkward position. They no longer have to keep an eye on the mason, say no to a relative or defend photos they did not take. The facts are in the report, for everyone to see.
How the monitoring works
Same day quote
Enter the town, the floor area, the type of building and the number of storeys on our quote page. You get your price the same day, travel included.
Visit by an approved technician
A technician from your region checks every work item: foundations, columns and ring beams, slab, masonry, roof, second fix and finishes. They photograph everything in the SEETLU app.
Report within 24 h
The report, reviewed by SEETLU, arrives in your client area and by email. Every photo is sealed: date and time in Dakar and where you live, GPS position, and a fingerprint that shows any edit. The “Check this report” link lets you check it.
You decide
Pay the instalment, ask for a correction or wait: the decision is yours. You pay your builder directly.
SEETLU observes and proves. We do not build, we do not manage the works and we never touch the money for your build.
Prices and travel
For a residential site, plans are monthly, up to 100 m² and then per m²: Essentiel at 39,000 FCFA (1 visit a month), Confort at 99,000 FCFA (1 visit a week) and Premium at 300,000 FCFA (3 visits a week and 1 camera). With a 6 month commitment you get 10 % off, and 15 % over 12 months. Daily visits start at 450,000 FCFA a month. A diagnostic visit costs 39,000 FCFA for a residential site up to 300 m². Apartment buildings and commercial projects: quote the same day.
Travel depends on the zone: nothing to pay in Dakar, Thiès and the surrounding area; a fixed amount per visit on the Petite Côte and around Tivaouane and Mékhé; a rate per kilometre beyond 40 km elsewhere. It is always included in your same day quote. Full details are on our pricing page.
For developers and companies
Running a property development or several sites in Senegal? SEETLU gives you independent reporting, visit after visit, to share with your investors and your bank. Photos are dated, geotagged and sealed, and every report can be verified online. For an apartment building or a commercial project, the quote is ready the same day.

Do you cover my region?
Yes. SEETLU works with approved technicians in all 14 regions of Senegal, on the Petite Côte and in Touba. Enter your town in the quote request: the technician who visits your site is from your region.
How do I follow my build from abroad?

What happens if the report shows a problem?
The report describes what the technician observed, with photos to back it up. Then you decide: ask your builder for a correction, wait before paying the next instalment, or have the fix checked at a later visit. SEETLU observes and proves; running the works remains your builder's job.
